ICT Technopreneurs in the Making
ARE you in ICT and want to take it a step further and become a technopreneur? If the answer is yes, then participate in the SKALI Pioneers and Innovators in the Knowledge Economy programme in Perak (SPIKE@PERAK). Collaboration between Skali E-Ventures and KPerak Incorporation, the three-year programme is one of the ways to realise Perak's plan to be an entry level Knowledge State by 2010 and a fully developed one by 2020.
